Global design & delivery leadership: Partnering with our India-based mobile team and Romania-based designer to create a cohesive, high-quality experience across time zones, aligning strategy, design, and engineering for faster, more effective delivery.

Data-driven improvement & adoption: Collaborating with operations and analytics partners to leverage behavioral data and operational insights, increasing digital adoption, reducing friction, and shifting high-cost service interactions into intuitive mobile flows.
